Helus Pharma co-founders Eric So and Paul Glavine step down from executive roles

Co-founders Eric So and Paul Glavine have stepped down from their executive and consulting positions at Helus Pharma, effective October 26, 2026. Mr. So served as President and Executive Chairman, while Mr. Glavine was Chief Growth Officer. Both will remain on the Board of Directors, with Mr. So named Chairman Emeritus. The Board appointed Mark Lawson as independent Chair of the Board. Helus Pharma is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing novel serotonergic agonists for mental health conditions.
