China Yuchai International forms joint venture with Guangxi Zhenye for RMB 50M ADI business

China Yuchai International's wholly owned subsidiary, Guangxi Yuchai Foundry Company Limited, and Guangxi Zhenye New Materials Co., Ltd. have established a new joint venture named Guangxi Aobei Technology Company Ltd. The entity will focus on austempered ductile iron (ADI) heat treatment in Yulin, Guangxi. Total registered capital is RMB 50 million; Yuchai Foundry contributes RMB 17 million for a 34% stake, while Guangxi Zhenye contributes RMB 33 million for the remaining 66%. The venture aims to combine Zhenye's ADI technology with Yuchai's casting capabilities to expand production of ADI automotive components. China Yuchai International is one of the leading powertrain solutions manufacturers in China, specializing in engines and related systems.
