Christopher Garcia appointed chief legal officer to succeed retiring Richard Rothberg

Richard Rothberg, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Dell Technologies Inc., notified the Company of his decision to retire from his position, effective as of February 1, 2027. He will remain employed through April 30, 2027, to provide transitional assistance. On October 20, 2026, the Board of Directors appointed Christopher Garcia, currently Senior Vice President, Corporate Legal and Assistant Secretary, to succeed Mr. Rothberg as chief legal officer effective February 1, 2027. Dell Technologies Inc. designs, develops, manufactures, sells, supports and services information technology infrastructure and related devices.
