Diageo plc announced that non-executive director Melissa Bethell will replace Susan Kilsby as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, effective November 6, 2026. Kilsby will remain a member of the Board as Senior Independent Director and continue serving on the Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees.
