Bill Frain resigns as CEO and director; COO Keith Teichmann appointed Interim CEO effective Oct. 31

Liberty Defense Holdings Ltd. announced that Chief Executive Officer Bill Frain is resigning from his role and stepping down from the board of directors, effective October 13, 2026. He will remain with the company through October 31 to support an orderly transition. Keith Teichmann, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer. Frain cited pride in advancing HEXWAVE installations at over 20 sites, including major airports, while praising Teichmann's operational experience and leadership background from previous roles at EdgeEnergy and Delta Energy & Communications. The board thanked Frain for his contributions as the company continues to pursue expansion in the weapons detection market through its scanner technologies.
