Liberty Defense appoints Steve Karoly to Board as CEO Bill Frain departs

Liberty Defense Holdings Ltd. announced the appointment of Steve Karoly to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Karoly brings over 30 years of experience in government and transportation security, including roles at the TSA, Customs & Border Protection, and K2 Security Screening Group. He will replace outgoing CEO Bill Frain on the Board; Mr. Frain is leaving the company at the end of October. Liberty Defense provides AI-based detection solutions for concealed weapons and threats in high-volume public areas.
