Danaher reported third-quarter net earnings of $1.2 billion, or $1.71 per diluted share, a 34.5% increase year-over-year. Non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS grew 11.5% to $2.11 on revenues that rose 8.5% to $6.6 billion. The company raised its full-year 2026 adjusted diluted net earnings per share guidance to a range of $8.57 to $8.62, up from the previous forecast of $8.45 to $8.60. Danaher is a leading global life sciences and diagnostics innovator.
