Denison Mines Corp. announced the completion of site preparation activities and the commencement of full-scale construction at its Phoenix In-Situ Recovery uranium mine in July 2026. The company initiated the perimeter freeze wall installation for Phase 1 and ramped up the on-site workforce to nearly 400 people. Civil subgrade work for the process plant and wellfield areas is near 100% complete, with schedule-critical concrete pours for foundations expected to begin in August. Construction activity will accelerate with a second shift to support key first-year milestones.
