Draganfly Inc. announced a five-year contract with the Government of Canada to supply Low-Cost Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) to the Canadian Armed Forces. The initial firm commitment includes 100 UAS systems along with ground control stations, payloads, support equipment, training, and spare parts. Pricing for these initial units is commercially sensitive. Under the agreement, the Government of Canada retains the option to acquire up to an additional 4,900 systems. If all options are exercised in full, the aggregate value of the additional systems would be approximately C$24.25 million, bringing the total potential order to 5,000 UAS systems. Draganfly will provide comprehensive support including system delivery, training, sustainment, and software updates. This contract follows Draganfly's acceptance as a qualified supplier in all five categories of Canada’s Defence Drone Initiative Marketplace.
