Darden Restaurants, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors from nine to ten members following the election of Daryl A. Kenningham, effective December 9, 2024. Mr. Kenningham will serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees and will receive a $100,000 annual cash retainer along with an annual equity grant valued at $185,000.
