Alpha Tau Medical entered into collaboration and supply agreements with Tolmar International for exclusive U.S. commercialization rights of Alpha DaRT for prostate cancer, which includes an initial $15.0 million payment and up to $161.5 million in milestone payments. Concurrently, the company entered into a securities purchase agreement with Tolmar for a private placement of 1,668,057 ordinary shares at $11.99 per share, expected to yield $20.0 million in gross proceeds.
