Diana Shipping Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary entered into a time charter contract for the m/v DSI Polaris with Dai An Ocean Shipping Company Limited. The vessel will be chartered at a gross rate of US$18,000 per day, less a 5% commission, from September 25, 2026, until May 1, 2028 to June 30, 2028. This replaces the previous charter with Cargill Ocean Transportation at $12,250 per day. The new agreement is expected to generate approximately US$10.37 million in gross revenue during the minimum period.
