DTE Gas posts $176M net income for first nine months of 2026

DTE Energy furnished the unaudited consolidated financial statements for its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, DTE Gas Company, for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2026. For the nine-month period, DTE Gas reported operating revenues of $1,445 million and net income of $176 million, compared to $175 million in the prior year. Operating income rose to $323 million from $309 million, driven by higher gas sales revenue. The subsidiary paid $169 million in dividends during the period and issued $298 million in long-term debt net of costs. DTE Gas Company operates as a natural gas utility serving approximately 1.4 million customers throughout Michigan.
