Ecolab Inc. announced a leadership reorganization effective April 1, 2026, appointing Christophe Beck as President and establishing Co-Chief Operating Officer roles for Darrell R. Brown and Gregory B. Cook. Mr. Brown will receive an annualized base salary of AU$1,300,000 (approximately $876,200) and a $2,500,000 long-term incentive, while Mr. Cook will receive a $750,000 base salary and a $2,200,000 long-term incentive.
