Equifax Inc. announced that Todd Horvath, Executive Vice President and President of U.S. Information Solutions, will depart the company effective June 1, 2025, with CEO Mark Begor assuming leadership of the unit until a successor is named. Under the terms of his separation agreement, Horvath will receive a $2.9 million lump-sum severance payment and approximately $3.2 million in cash to compensate for the fair market value of forfeited new hire equity.
