Elemental Royalty Corporation received clearance from Mexico's Antitrust agency, the Comisión Nacional Antimonopolio (CNA), for its acquisition of Vizsla Royalties Corp. This regulatory approval represents the final milestone required to complete the transaction, which grants Elemental exposure to Vizsla Royalties' 2.0% to 3.5% net smelter returns royalties on the Panuco silver-gold project in Mexico. These life-of-mine interests cover existing resources at Panuco without caps or buybacks and are expected to close shortly.
