Wei Zou resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Elong Power Holding Limited on June 11, 2026, a move not involving disagreements with company operations or policies. The Board of Directors appointed Yue Liu as the new CFO effective the same day. Ms. Liu brings extensive finance and accounting experience, having previously served as CFO of Qiqin Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Her new one-year renewable employment agreement includes annual compensation of approximately US$60,000. Elong Power Holding Limited is an energy company.
