Gad Dovev will resign from the Eltek Ltd. Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Compensation Committee effective August 1, 2026, citing personal reasons. Ilana Lurie, a current committee member, has been elected to succeed him as Chairperson of both the Audit and Compensation Committees, effective immediately.
