Emerson Electric Co. announced its second quarter results and the election of Jennifer G. Newstead, Apple's Senior Vice President and General Counsel, to its Board of Directors effective August 3, 2026. Ms. Newstead will also serve on the Compensation and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees and will receive a pro rata restricted stock unit award of $95,000.
