Energys Group Limited announced the acquisition of two key delivery and fulfillment partners, Cube Lighting and Design Limited and Cube Solar Installations Limited, effective August 20, 2026. The transaction was executed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Energys Group Limited (UK). CEO Kevin Cox stated that the acquisitions bring complementary expertise in energy-efficient lighting and solar technologies, aiming to strengthen delivery capabilities, improve margins, and broaden services for customers in the UK's energy reduction and renewables market.
