Enel Chile reports $390M net income for first nine months of 2026

Enel Chile S.A. reported consolidated net income attributable to shareholders of US$390 million for the period ended September 30, 2026, a 10.7% increase from the prior year, driven by improved operating performance and a US$140 million gain from a gas optimization transaction with Shell. Operating revenues totaled US$3,480 million, while EBITDA rose 1.7% to US$1,021 million. The company also announced that its subsidiary Enel Green Power Chile began construction of the 100 MW Finis Terrae battery energy storage system in August 2026. Enel Chile operates as an integrated electric utility in Chile, generating and distributing electricity.
