Enlivex randomizes 135 patients in Phase 2b trial of Allocetra for knee osteoarthritis

Enlivex Ltd. announced that 135 out of a planned 182 patients have been randomized and received the first injection of Allocetra™ in its Phase 2b clinical trial for moderate-to-severe age-related primary knee osteoarthritis. The multicenter, double-blind study is actively recruiting at sites in the United States, Denmark, and Poland. Topline six-month data is expected by mid-2027. This phase builds on positive Phase 1/2a results that previously supported FDA Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy designation for the immunotherapy.
