Enlivex reports 79.2% responder rate for Allocetra in knee osteoarthritis trial at 12 months

Enlivex announced favorable 12-month topline data from the Phase I/IIa trial of Allocetra™ in patients with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis. In patients aged 64+, 79.2% achieved a clinically meaningful response versus 47.6% for placebo (p=0.027). The treatment benefit was consistent across earlier timepoints, demonstrating a durable effect from a single three-injection cycle. No treatment-related serious adverse events were observed. Data will be presented at the American College of Rheumatology Convergence on November 8, 2026.
