Enphase Energy is implementing a restructuring plan to reduce its workforce by approximately 160 employees, representing less than 6% of its total headcount. The company expects to incur approximately $4.6 million in restructuring and asset impairment charges, with $4.2 million of that amount expected in the first quarter of 2026. These actions are intended to reduce non-GAAP operating expenses to a range of $70 million to $75 million per quarter starting in the third quarter of 2026.
