EOG Resources names Jeffrey W. Hibbard as CFO, shifting long-term incentive vesting to ratable annual schedule
EOGEog Resources Inc
EOG Resources announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Ann D. Janssen will retire, with her final day of service as CFO on December 31, 2026; she will remain employed as an advisor during the transition. The Board appointed Jeffrey W. Hibbard, currently Senior Vice President of Finance, to succeed Janssen as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2027. Additionally, the Compensation Committee approved amendments to long-term incentive awards, changing future restricted stock unit vesting from a three-year cliff schedule to ratable annual vesting over three years, and modifying performance unit agreements by replacing the Negative TSR Cap with a provision that halves excess performance multiples when total shareholder return is negative but absolute ROCE exceeds target. EOG Resources operates in the oil and gas exploration and production industry.
