Etsy, Inc. entered into a letter agreement with eBay Inc. regarding the sale of its subsidiary, Depop Limited, for an approximate purchase price of $1.2 billion. The transaction's closing has been delayed from the second quarter to the end of the third quarter of 2026. The agreement includes various termination fee provisions, including a potential additional fee payable by eBay of up to $136 million depending on the timing of the termination.
