Vertical Aerospace appoints former FLIR CEO Andrew Teich to its Board of Directors

Vertical Aerospace appointed Andrew Teich, former President and CEO of FLIR Systems, as a director effective November 2, 2026. The appointment coincides with the Board increasing its size from nine to eleven members. Teich brings over 40 years of experience in advanced technologies for military and commercial customers, including significant growth at FLIR and current board roles at Sensata Technologies and Resideo Technologies. His addition follows recent appointments of other aerospace leaders to the board as the company advances its Valo eVTOL aircraft toward certification and reviews strategic alternatives with financial advisor Jefferies LLC.
