Mudrick Capital appoints Fabrice Brégier to board, expanding it from eight to nine members

Vertical Aerospace Ltd. appointed Fabrice Brégier as Chair of its Board of Directors and expanded the board size from eight to nine members, effective September 21, 2026. The appointment was proposed by Mudrick Capital Management L.P. pursuant to director appointment rights in the company's articles of association. Brégier brings extensive experience from Airbus Commercial Aircraft, Eurocopter, MBDA, and Palantir Technologies. Ben Story will remain on the board as a non-executive director after concluding his role as interim chair. Vertical Aerospace is a global aerospace and technology company pioneering electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
