Extreme Networks reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 results with total net revenue of $341.1 million, a 10% increase from the prior year period. SaaS annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew 22% to $264.7 million, driven by strong adoption of Extreme Platform ONE. GAAP diluted EPS rose 200% to $0.12, while non-GAAP diluted EPS increased 50% to $0.33. Adjusted EBITDA reached $65.6 million, up 47% year-over-year. The company also repurchased $25.0 million of shares during the quarter and provided full-year fiscal 2027 revenue guidance between $1.40 billion and $1.41 billion.
