The deal involves total payments to TDOT with a present value of $21 billion, comprising approximately $7.7 billion during construction from 2027 to 2033 and operating period payments extending through 2085. Revenue sharing mechanisms apply if toll revenues or internal rates of return exceed specified thresholds. Ferrovial intends to discuss the I-24 project details as well as updates on the I-285 Express Lanes project in Atlanta during a conference call scheduled for October 28, 2026.
