FFAI completes robotics business reorganization and $10M PIPE financing

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. completed the transfer of its robotics business to FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (FFR) pursuant to a transaction agreement dated October 12, 2026. In connection with the reorganization, FFR raised $10.0 million through a private investment in public equity financing from Lumina Investment International Limited and Lioness Limited. The robotics business remains within Faraday Future's consolidated group following these transactions.
