FFARAY Future completes disposition of robotics business to FF EAI Robotics, establishing Nasdaq-listed platform

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. completed the disposition of its robotics business and related assets to FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (Nasdaq: FFR) on October 23, 2026. As transaction consideration, FFR issued common shares and non-voting convertible preferred shares to Smart Technology Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of Faraday Future. Following the closing, FFR continues trading as a pure-play humanoid and bionic robotics company focused on Physical AI. The acquired business expects October sales to exceed 300 units and full-year 2026 shipments of approximately 2,000 robots with positive unit gross margins. Faraday Future is transitioning into a Robotaxi sharing network and AI cabin operator. The company operates in the electric vehicle and embodied artificial intelligence robotics sectors.
