FHIFederated Hermes, Inc.
Federated Hermes announced it is considering operational changes at its London-based subsidiary, Federated Hermes Limited, aimed at reducing operating costs and enhancing growth. The proposed restructuring involves eliminating or transferring approximately 200 positions through a consultation process. FHI expects to incur total pre-tax restructuring charges of about $15 million, split between $7 million in 2026 and $8 million in 2027, primarily for employee termination benefits. Subject to the outcome of consultations, the company anticipates completing the restructuring by the end of 2027, which would result in an approximate $30 million annual pre-tax reduction in compensation and related expenses. Federated Hermes is a global investment management firm.
