Fair Isaac reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 GAAP net income of $175.0 million, or $8.12 per diluted share, compared to $6.42 in the prior year period. Revenue increased 27% to $657.0 million from $515.8 million, driven by a 33% rise in Scores segment revenue and a 19% increase in Software revenue. Non-GAAP diluted EPS was $11.10. The quarter included a $65 million accrual for a proposed antitrust settlement, a $48 million gain on the sale of an equity investment, and a $27 million restructuring charge. Free cash flow totaled $284.3 million. Fair Isaac is a global analytics software leader that provides predictive analytics and data science solutions to financial services and other industries.
