Comfort Systems USA reported third-quarter 2026 results with revenue of $3.77 billion, up from $2.45 billion in the prior year period, and diluted earnings per share of $13.91 compared to $8.25. Net income reached $489.0 million, driven by strong demand across its service lines. Operating cash flow for the quarter was $1.01 billion, significantly higher than the $553.3 million reported in 2025. The company also announced an increase to its quarterly dividend to $1.00 per share, up from $0.90, payable on November 23, 2026 to shareholders of record as of November 12, 2026. Backlog grew to $17.81 billion as of September 30, 2026. Comfort Systems USA is a leading provider of commercial, industrial and institutional heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical contracting services.
