Flowco completes acquisition of Lifting Solutions Energy Services for C$159M in cash

Flowco Holdings Inc. completed the acquisition of Lifting Solutions Energy Services Inc., a vertically integrated manufacturer of artificial lift technologies, for C$159.0 million (approximately US$113 million) in cash on October 2, 2026. The transaction was funded through borrowings under Flowco’s senior secured revolving credit facility and includes a contingent earnout of up to C$10.0 million based on the acquired company's 2027 EBITDA performance. Lifting Solutions specializes in continuous rod and progressing cavity pumps, expanding Flowco’s artificial lift portfolio and geographic presence in Canada and international markets. Flowco Holdings Inc. is a provider of production optimization, artificial lift, and emissions management solutions for the oil and natural gas industry.
