Fluor Corporation reported third-quarter results with revenue of $3.7 billion, up 10% year over year, and GAAP net earnings attributable to Fluor of $158 million compared to a loss of $697 million in the prior year period. The company achieved record quarterly new awards of $10.9 billion, driven by major projects including LNG Canada Phase 2, which increased backlog by 21% to $34.3 billion. Adjusted EPS came in at $0.77, up from $0.68 a year ago. The company affirmed its full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance of $500 million to $525 million and repurchased $300 million of shares during the quarter.
