Fresenius Medical Care reported third-quarter revenue of EUR 4,937 million, a 1% increase year-over-year, driven by growth in its Care Delivery and Care Enablement segments. Reported operating income declined 19% to EUR 384 million due to one-time costs related to the China strategy refinement, while net income fell 42% to EUR 160 million. Excluding special items, operating income decreased 5% to EUR 545 million and basic EPS remained flat at EUR 1.11. The company narrowed its full-year 2026 operating income outlook to between flat and a negative mid-single digit percent growth rate, citing regulatory headwinds and inflation.
