Forum Edge AI LLC, a joint venture between Forum Markets and Edge Node Inc., entered into a definitive agreement with Fireworks AI to reserve 96 enterprise-grade Nvidia B300 GPUs at its Dallas data center facility. The contract spans 36 months with a total value of approximately $94.4 million, covering GPU capacity and associated CPU management fees. Fireworks provided a substantial prepayment deposit credited against future fees, with deployment expected in late December or early January. This marks the first finalized customer commitment for Forum Edge AI, validating its strategy to deploy cash-generating AI infrastructure assets quickly.
