Forum Markets forms 51%-owned AI data center JV with Edge Node, introduces $125M-$175M 2027 revenue guidance

Forum Markets and Edge Node Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to form Forum Edge AI LLC, a joint venture focused on deploying high-performance inference compute capacity at existing powered sites across the U.S. Forum holds a 51% controlling interest and will consolidate the JV's financial results. The initial Phase 0 deployment comprises approximately 11 MW of energized capacity, including a Dallas data center expanding to 4 MW by early 2027, a North Carolina campus with 6 MW expected in Q1 2027, and an initial mobile tower site. Compute capacity is fully allocated to long-term off-take partners. In connection with the partnership, Forum will issue approximately 9.95% of its outstanding shares (about 1.46 million shares) to Edge Node upon achievement of performance milestones. The company introduced full-year 2027 consolidated revenue guidance of $125 million to $175 million and anticipates becoming cash flow positive in early 2027. Forum Markets sources and operates cash-generating assets in AI infrastructure, commercial aerospace, manufactured housing finance, and auto credit.
