Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. entered into a securities exchange agreement with VisionWave Holdings, Inc. for a strategic investment of approximately $17.5 million in exchange for VisionWave common stock. The transaction is structured in two stages, ultimately resulting in VisionWave will beneficially own 52% of the Company's ordinary shares.
