OMA appoints EY as external auditor for fiscal year 2026, replacing Deloitte

Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (OMA) has appointed Mancera, S.C. (EY) as its new external auditor effective for the fiscal year 2026, replacing Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C. (Deloitte). The Board of Directors and Audit Committee stated that the change is part of efforts to promote continuous improvement and strengthen audit processes in line with corporate governance best practices. OMA thanked Deloitte for its commitment and professionalism during its tenure as independent external auditor. This administrative change does not involve financial restatements or disagreements on accounting matters.
