Gevo reported a net loss of $177 million, or $0.75 per share, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, driven by a $176 million one-time non-cash impairment charge related to its ATJ-60 project in South Dakota and other non-core activities. The company exited these low-carbon ethanol and sustainable aviation fuel operations to focus on its North Dakota facility. Revenue was $47 million, while Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA reached $11 million. Gevo raised its full-year 2026 Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA outlook to more than $60 million, doubling the previous target of $30 million, supported by a new Canada Clean Fuel Regulation pathway and expected Section 45Z tax credit monetizations exceeding $70 million. The company operates in the renewable fuels, chemicals, and carbon management industry.
