Mr. Hanselman receives an annual base salary of $380,000 and is eligible for a cash incentive equal to 65% of his base salary plus equity grants valued at 215% of his annual base salary. The company also announced expanded responsibilities for Kyle James as Chief Commercial and Risk Officer and Dave Kettner as Chief Legal and Emerging Business Officer.
