Gerdau posts R$4.0B net income for first nine months of 2026

Gerdau S.A. reported consolidated net income attributable to parent owners of R$4,009,996 thousand (approximately $750 million) for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2026, compared to R$2,685,174 thousand in the prior year. Net sales increased to R$53,276,811 thousand from R$52,884,229 thousand. The company also reported a basic earnings per share of R$2.04 for the period. Gerdau S.A. is a leading producer of long steel in the Americas and one of the largest suppliers of special steel in the world.
