Graham Holdings elects Robert J. Mylod, former Booking CFO, to its Board of Directors

On November 5, 2026, Graham Holdings Company announced the election of Robert J. Mylod, Jr. to its Board of Directors. Mr. Mylod is currently the Managing Partner of Annox Capital Management and previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of Booking Holdings Inc. from 2000 to 2009. He also serves as Chair of the boards at Booking Holdings and Vroom, Inc., and as lead independent director of Bending Spoons S.p.A. The Board determined that Mr. Mylod qualifies as an independent director under New York Stock Exchange listing standards.
