Global-E Online Ltd. reported Q2 2026 financial results showing GMV of $2,089 million (up 44% YoY) and revenue of $299.0 million (up 39% YoY). Adjusted EBITDA reached $62.4 million with a margin expansion to 20.9%. The company raised its FY 2026 outlook, projecting full-year revenue between $1,305 million and $1,355 million and Adjusted EBITDA between $278 million and $300 million. Additionally, the Board authorized a new $500 million share repurchase plan following the completion of the previous $200 million program.
