Gamehaus signs definitive agreements to acquire majority stake in AI micro-serial platform Anamana

Gamehaus Holdings Inc. entered into definitive agreements on November 2, 2026, to acquire a majority stake in Techforge Co., Ltd, the holding company of Anamana Pte. Ltd. Upon closing, expected in November 2026, Gamehaus will hold approximately 56% of Techforge. The transaction aims to combine Gamehaus's global publishing and user acquisition capabilities with Anamana's AI-native micro-serial production platform and creator ecosystem. Following the acquisition, Anamana is intended to serve as Gamehaus’s primary growth engine, while the existing gaming business will be managed for cash flow and profitability. Gamehaus Holdings Inc. operates as a technology-driven global mobile game publisher.
