GPRKGeoPark Ltd
GeoPark Limited reported third-quarter 2026 results with consolidated revenue of $116.2 million, a 19% decline from the second quarter, driven by wider crude oil differentials and higher operating costs. Adjusted EBITDA fell 37% to $45.8 million, while net income was $6.6 million. Production averaged 27,973 boepd, up 3% sequentially, supported by a 51% increase in Argentina despite stable output in Colombia. Subsequent to the quarter, the company completed a $550 million offering of 9.500% senior notes due 2033, using proceeds to repurchase 60% of its outstanding 2030 Notes and fully redeem the 2027 Notes. GeoPark also announced strategic entry into Venezuela via the Bare Block acquisition and secured the Corralera Noreste Block in Argentina. The company operates as an independent energy producer focused on oil and gas exploration and production across Latin America.
