Brazil Potash Corp. announced that the Brazilian Federal Public Defender’s Office (DPU) filed an application with the Supreme Federal Court to suspend provisional relief and installation activities for the Autazes Project. The filing is a procedural request within an existing 2016 Public Civil Action and does not introduce new allegations or facts.
